Dang, I was MIA for a few days! I don't have a reason why though. Well, I was slacking a bit! But I did go to the gym on Saturday and again today.
Haven't run for a few days. It's been so hot, actually. So by the time I've been ready to run, it's just plain too toasty!
I've had a couple of days of unhealthy eating. That's sad. But I'm back on track!
