It's almost 10:30 (aka: way past my bedtime!) and I'm just posting now! Busy day.
I did run this morning. It was kinda slow but I know that is because I listened to my audio book. Oh well!
I was going to tell you that I'm so sore from doing squats! I did them against the wall. Squatted down and held for 5 seconds. Then up. Then down and hold again. OUCH! They did something - hopefully something good!

Hope you didn't hurt yourself with the squats.
I didn't run yesterday at all. Didn't feel real good when I woke up and used that for an excuse.
