Late Morning Run
Geez Louise, I slept until 8 am this morning!! I was awake several times during the night but then slept like a log. So a late run today. Didn't get on the TM until 9:15. But I did my 3 miles. Now, going out to shovel a couple inches of snow off the sidewalks and deck. +32 here so you think it should melt but it hasn't.

Good for you for sleeping in. You're getting the hang of this retirement thing! I had a weird night of sleep, too. Woke up several times but, in general, slept really well. Odd!
Have fun shoveling! I hear you might get some serious flakes!
