-11 here this morning so, needless to say, I ran my 3 miles on the TM. Also did the pushups and situps.
Not sure about tomorrow. I'm volunteering a day of painting for Mike and Dana Bussewitz in the house they've bought in Osceola and the work party begins at 8:30 am. I do know I'm not getting up at 5:30 just to get a run in!
