Hills!

Treadmill hills!  Today I used your treadmill to do hills.  I did 20 minutes at a 6% incline and 10 minutes at a 7% incline.  Pace was 3.9 (I think!).  I've been listening to a good fantasy series, so that kept me going.

Also used your weights and did some situps.

Wow! I didn't know it would go to 7% incline!! Good for you!
