I did my 3 and exercises again today and had no problems with the heel and ankle. I'm hoping....won't feel comfortable about it until I can run outside a few times though.
I do believe I'll take today off. From exercise, not work! I'm tired and sore!

That's awesome news, but I totally understand the proof is in the outside running. Clear day (finally) here today so I'm hoping the same for you. Good weather by any chance? Or decent at least?
Oh! I started a new audio book last night on my walk. I have really been missing listening already so walking after work will be a good opportunity to accomplish that, I guess. Anyway, I love it. I was starting to think it was not traditional fantasy when - BAM - Elves! Yay!
PT was fine yesterday and it was the last one at least for now. Feels ok down there so hope it is. No run this morning because I have the last patch on there.
My cold just keeps hanging on at a low grade level. Just enough to keep me blowing my nose all day. Wish it would either come or go.
5K in Osceola Saturday morning and they're predicting +31. Brrr...
