It's a day out there! / 4 Miles

Super happy with my pace today!  10:33.  So I'm really getting back on track.  I'm really happy.  Super less happy about my weight. 

Well, it's sure a {REDACTED} day out there.  In fact, I'm done with work now so I'm going for a walk.
