I did my usual 3 on the TM this morning and it went ok, I guess. Still feeling some discomfort in the heel and ankle but not debilitating. Damn this is getting old. Another PT this afternoon so not sure what he'll do or say.
Update: At PT today he did another ultrasound treatment on the heel and put another one of the patches on it. I will wear a sock tonight and try to keep it on for the full 24 hours. So no run tomorrow. He thinks that's fine and told me to take Sunday off, too. He didn't know that I always take Sunday off! Anyway, wait until Monday morning to run again and see how it is. If I feel it's no better he wants me to make another appointment with the Podiatrist and ask her for another evaluation. So, that's the plan Stan.

He doesn't need to know everything, that's for sure!
If it does feel better Monday will he go back to doing those treatments?
