Wow, I ran fast today! I was a sweaty mess by the time I was done. Such a difference in pace, for sure. I ran 3 miles at +1 incline and 6.0. It absolutely was faster than I have been running. I could really feel it.
I also used your weights and did some situps. I am just using all your stuff, might as well move in!

I did my 3 miles plus the situps and pushups and weights. I only run at 5.7 on the TM.
