Weather!
Wow, did we have actual weather today! So much fun! It rained so hard it woke me up. I mean just pouring. Not our usual drizzle that we get. Actual for real rain.
Clearly I did not run this morning. But I worked early (why not? I was up!). And then I came home around 4 pm and I did run. Not far, a little over 3 miles. I didn't have much time before it got dark. But it was such a beautiful run because I could see all the Christmas lights. I really enjoyed it. Especially while listening to all the mayhem in my book! Good contrast!
On the one had I continue to feel better. Way more energetic. On the other hand, this headache persists.

We're supposed to be getting rain tomorrow and then turning to snow at nightfall. I think it's the same system that came over you yesterday.
It would be fun to run at night there and look at all the lights. Is Kensington area all lit up?

I'm wondering this morning how I think I'm going to be ready for the SD half marathon. We get back from Israel on Feb 9th and then there's just one month before that run. I don't think I'll have much opportunity to run on the trip although I am bringing my shoes and will try to do some just for fun. So the SD half will be a challenge but we'll get it done, right?
Yeah, Kensington is. They do a communal thing where they hang lights all along the street. Very pretty.
Yeah, you have a very busy time right around then. That's true. Yes, we will get it done! I have faith!
