I tell you. Everything is broken. So frustrating.
But I did run this morning! I had 5 miles on the schedule, and that's what I did. I didn't get to run hills and I really need to lift weights but I'm just too darn worn out to do that tonight!
I wore the orthotics all day yesterday and the heel felt better last night and during this morning's 3 miler. Not perfect but better than yesterday. My time was a minute slower than yesterday, too, so maybe that's part of it. Whatever. It was better today. So I'm wearing them full time again.
Only 50 out there this morning so I wore long pants and long sleeves (Grandma's training shirt - thanks!) for the first time.

Broken? I hope not!

Well, I'm not broken! Physically or emotionally.
Maybe those orthotics are a real necessity. Sounds like they help.
Great weather for running! Especially when you get to wear your fashionable shirt!
