I had a short - and slow! - run today. I'm really worried about my pace. It's not good. Anyway, my schedule said 4 miles, so I ran 4 miles. It was not hot but very humid!
I used my weights this morning! Lesson learned: a mini-ironing board is not a sub for a weight bench.
Note to self: buy new ironing board.......
And I did run hills today. It didn't happen until 4 pm, but it did happen. And that's what counts.

I did my longest run since may 5th this morning!! 3.12 miles!! Not much by your standards or my old standards but pretty darn good for me now! I was very pleased. Wasn't at all sure I could run the whole way without any walking but I did! And my pace was 10.10 which I found remarkable! (Ok, enough exclamation points.) 59 degrees and cloudy so a very nice run. I did the Fitnatics 5K route and will stick to that the rest of the week.
Yeah, I laughed at myself when I did that. I really thought it was a great idea at the time!
Well, that's great news! Very exciting! And a jealousy inducing pace!!! Use as many exclamation points as you like - you deserve them!

Felt good all day. heel didn't bother at all the whole day. Maybe it's getting better? I sure hope so. Music? Hmmmm....probably oldies.
