I got about 5 hours of sleep last night, so I am sleeping. Now I need to work on sleeping
more.
I ran 4 miles this am. Big 14 mile run tomorrow. I need to do it early because I thought it was hot even this am when I ran. So I am going to bed soon.
I've decided I'm going to take one day off a week for real. No cross-training. Just a day of rest.

I overslept this morning. That's my excuse. Had set the alarm for 7 and heard it go off. Turned it off and thought I would just lay there a minute. Next thing I hear is an airplane going over at 7:55!! Heading out to Iowa pretty soon. I wonder if I'll ever get back on track. Heel bothering me again this morning.

I know how that goes! You'll get back on track - it's just hard but I know you can do it! Keep in mind that you are not only recovering from heel and groin pain but Lymes. That will have a big impact for some time, I imagine. On your energy level and your need to rest.
Well....I didn't have a great 14 miler. But I did have a great 6 miler, an ok 9 miler, and an agonizing 12 miler! Full report in my post!
