Hot!
I tell ya, we're having a heat wave! At least for typically mild and moderate San Diego! I had a hot run today but I did my prescribed 7 miles. Too hot to worry about pace much.

Forty bucks and it was prime eligible, so no shipping! I'm going to use them tomorrow. I looked into it because it's just so tough for me to get to the gym. I have to go in the morning (because it's way too busy at night) but if I go in the morning I can't run. So much drama! So many problems! I have a very hard life!
I was surprised to see some weight sets run hundreds of dollars! I'll report back on these. I will tell you, they are very stinky. I have them airing out tonight.

Stinky weights? What do they smell like? Hmmmm.... That's a cool set! And a carrying case. Remind me not to pick a fight with you anymore.
It's warm here yesterday and today, too. Very humid, too.
I didn't run today as we are trying to get ready to head home. The boys are on the bus so their school year has begun. We're heading out within the hour.
well....they smell like oil, I guess. I washed them this morning. So we'll see if they smell any better tonight!
