I had another night of not sleeping. I don't know what is happening, to be honest. But such is life. Insomnia. Anyway, my alarm went off and I snoozed twice (!!) and I did get up then but I just had no umph to run. And I left my iPod at work! So I figured I was not to run. So I didn't.
But I did run this afternoon (I left work at 4 because I went to work early....due to not running!). And, man, it was WAY too hot. No more of that. I can't imagine there is much value in that. Anyway, I did my prescribed 6 miles.
Hopefully I'll sleep tonight.

Sorry to hear about the lack of sleep. Too much on your mind maybe? I always try to tell myself that my body knows how much sleep it needs and if it only gives me 4-5 hours that must be what it needs. Doesn't always help but I tell myself that anyway.
I did my 2 this morning on a very foggy morning. Almost did the TM instead but decided I'll have plenty of days coming to do that.
yeah, I think that's it. And there's nothing I can do about it but I'm just panicked about some stuff going on at work right now. I'll email you about it tomorrow. Not that big of a deal but it's my job and I do care so.....
My body tells me to keep sleeping whenever my alarm goes off! It should tell me to start sleeping at 10, dang it!
You're right - you have many indoor days ahead of you. How's your heel?
