A little warm out there this morning. Already 70 when I left the house and 74 when I got home. Humid, too. Going to be 96 or so this afternoon so it's off to a good start. I ran the 5K route and it was beautiful this morning.
Holy 96! I'm glad it was still a good temp for you this am, even if it was humid. But humidity makes it hard too. Geesh, I think it's hot when it's 80 around here!

How is your foot/ankle feeling?
Heel has felt "almost" fine the last few days. Not perfect yet but so much better than it was.
