Did it Again
I went around the 4 mile block again this morning on just a perfect, gorgeous morning. 69 when I left the house but not nearly as humid as it was on Saturday. No breeze though and I could have used a little so maybe it wasn't absolutely perfect. But pretty close. Again I ran the whole time without stopping or walking. My time isn't so hot right now but I'm working on distance, not time, so I don't really care about that right now. Pace was about 10.30 per mile. That'll get better. So, "on the road again!" Hey, I think I'll write a song about that!

It will be a hit song! Sounds like a darn fine day for a run. And I think pace suffers when we start adding distance. I know I'm greatly struggling with it right now.
Not sure if I'll run tomorrow or not. I'm exhausted, I know that as a fact!
Yeah, all that vacationing in Las Vegas wears you out! Glad you had a good time though.
