I planned to run 4 this morning but turned around at 1.6 miles. So I did 3. But I could feel this pinch in my right groin with every step. I actually walked down the driveway to home which I don't ever remember doing before. I have ice on it now and will do that every chance I get I guess. Not sure what tomorrow will bring. I have to have Poppa in Stillwater for an eye Doc appointment at 9:20 am so might take another day off. This is pretty depressing.

I also just read that this can happen if you wear shoes with a "flared" heel. I really don't know what that means. So not helpful, I know.

Flared heel on the left. I have absolutely no idea why that would cause a problem. And I only read it on one site, so who really knows.
I don't hardly see a difference and have no clue if my heels are flared or not! I just know that has got me very depressed at the moment.
I understand. I've been trying to deal with a tight hamstring and a sore foot. Plantars I don't need, but I have it. I can feel my right foot throbbing right now!
Well, today I did nothing. I actually did not sleep well at all last night. I think it was because I took more daytime medicine and it just wouldn't let me rest. So I got up super early - because I couldn't sleep. But I had no energy to do anything!
You will be shocked, but I've been working all night. So I'm totally sleeping in tomorrow and then I will run tomorrow. I am feeling a lot better.
Oh, I did do one thing. We are doing the 100 pushup challenge at work. And I just did those now.
