It was cool (52) and very windy out there this morning and I didn't think I would go the whole 5 miles but I did. I should have worn my big sweatshirt and gloves though! Hands were frozen by the time I got home. But I did it. Feels good just to be doing something even if it's not really the thing I want to be doing. But the groin is getting better and I think I will be running in a matter of days now. I hope.
