I actually went out this morning and ran 3 miles!! It wasn't pretty and it wasn't fast but I did it! I could feel the glitch in my groin almost every step but I just kept going and it wasn't too bad at all. And now I am home and, so far, not limping! It has been 9 days since I've tried to run at all and that last one didn't go well. And that had been the first run in a week before that. So, I am way off the training schedule for Grandma's Marathon and very unsure about being able to do that but at least this morning I have a glimmer of hope.

That's such great news. At least you're back in the running saddle. I hope the twitch stays just that. I had hopes that you wouldn't feel it at all.
And this morning it feels terrible again so even though I was up at 6 I decided not to run.
