I had it this morning and it went well. Was in Osceola for this one and felt that Ann did a much, much better job for me than Cheryl did in SCF. Just a different technique I guess but I really felt like I had therapy today. Anyway, the groin is feeling almost fine almost all the time now so I am planning a short run tomorrow morning to test it out.

Good luck tomorrow! Interesting what an amazing difference the right person/therapist can make. I'm glad it went well.
