Biking

I can't just sit around here on my you know what anymore!!  So, this morning I went for a 5 mile bike ride and then did the full complement of push ups and sit ups when I got home.  I have got to get back into this.  I took an Aleve at 6:30 and my groin felt fine during the ride and feels fine now.  The push ups and sit ups nearly killed me however!!  You would think I hadn't done them for a month.

I will plan to ride the bike the next couple of mornings and see how it goes.  I have PT at 8:00 on Thursday so won't do it that day.  But I have got to get back into something here.

Biking is good! I would do it more if I didn't have ten million stop signs to contend with!

I'm just so full of slack. Actually, I've been feeling pretty down. Anyway, I'm getting ready to run here this am. I'm sure I will feel the time I've taken off!

I'm very down, too, and it's all related to the fact that I am so disappointed about Grandma's. I just can't seem to get over it. Every time I see a runner along a road I'm thinking, "I wonder if he/she is training for Grandma's?" Maybe some of that is going on with you, too. Plus working a hundred hours a week!

Yes, that's absolutely part of it. I feel like such a quitter and wracked with guilt about my decision.

And, yep, work doesn't help my frame of mind. At all.
