I feel so behind in my distance skills right now. I tried to run 12 miles today but I only ran 11.23. I just could do more because I felt sick. So I really need to focus and buckle down.
I'm pretty sore because I've been so behind. But I am going to run tomorrow and then gym Saturday and then long run Sunday.
