Gym!

I had a really good day at the gym but, I tell you, this running at 15%? Or jogging I should probably say. It's HARD. Really challenging. So I ran for 5 minutes at a 1% incline (.5 mile) and then I bumped the incline to 15% and dropped the pace to 3.8. Then 3.6. Then 3.4.....but it was hard! Then I did TSWTH for 10 minutes. Then all kinds of weights. I did this ab thing where I took one of those bouncy balls (like you have) and passed it from my hands to my feet. Really difficult! I sure can feel it today! Not sure what tomorrow will bring. I was supposed to run but Mother Nature is supposed to rain! So we shall see.

You are really working hard at the gym. Do you have a coach there? Or are you just doing your own thing?

Only 22 here this morning so you know what I did and where.

Yep, I do know what you did and where! I'm glad I slept in (even though it was only till 6:30) because it is raining. Not a lot, but enough to make running not fun.

Oh, and I don't have a trainer. I'm just doing my own thing.
