I ran 10 miles this morning! Such a relief, actually. I was worried I would get to 7 or 8 and have to stop. But, nope, I did it and it was good. Slow though. But that's the way it is now.
I also ran hills at lunch. I've been not doing that so I need to get on track with that again.
Gym tomorrow!
And, as you know, I'm all registered for the Nike Women's Marathon!

It was only 25 out there this morning so you know what I did. Yup, that's right. 4 miles on the TM. Getting pretty boring.
Although I wore my new Fitnatics shirt today and it was great!
I bet. My workouts are better with my shirt!
