Yes, we saw a rainbow tonight! I could not believe it! Pretty rare out here - especially when it isn't raining! We did not search for the pot of gold, and I hope you can forgive me for that. Heck, I hope I can forgive myself!
I had a pretty good run this morning. 6 miles. And then I did one of the 10 minute ab videos. I'm getting good at it! I mean, it still feels like work. But I thing my form is better.
Good eating all day today. Will it show up on the scale tomorrow? Cross your fingers...
And toes!

I didn't realize rainbows are rare out there. Seems like you get enough rain to have them especially in the winter months.
I tried to eat well yesterday but it didn't show up on my scale this morning.
Yep, rare indeed! People were driving like they were drunken fools! And I bet any cop would have let them off if they said, "But, officer, I was looking at the RAINBOW!"
