Good Morning
Wow! It's tropical out there today. About as far away from that morning along Lake Superior waiting for the half to start as you can get. It was 77 when I left the house and the dewpoint was 71!!! Unreal. So I only did 3 miles and walked about a quarter mile of that near the end. Just too hot and icky to go any farther today. I've been doing 4 miles every morning but not today. Big storms coming through later today and that's supposed to cool us off some. I'm planning to do 4 miles around the block (and the dogs) tomorrow morning.

Good luck with those dang dogs! I actually had to have my spray in my hand the other day (usually it is in a pocket) because I came across a wandering dog. It totally ignored me but I'd rather be ready!
Geesh, I can hardly believe just 2 short weeks ago we were getting ready to sleep as best we nervously could before our run! Amazing! And how can the weather change so much in such a short time?!
