Well, I did not weigh 5 pounds more this morning! Glad I got that figured out! But I did have a short, lazy run this morning. In fact, I didn't even want to do it. Seems a pretty typical statement from me on Fridays. But, you know, I got up at 5. OK....slept in till 5:18. But, still. I'm not going to waste that. My giving up of sleep must be respected!
So I ran 3 miles. And I ran them slow. But I did it. And I was glad I did. I did the pilates 10 minute ab video when I got back.
And that's it!

I'm taking today and tomorrow (Sat and Sun) off) but will run again on Mon-Tues-Wed. Just doing 3-4 miles each of those days. Then I did register last night for that 1/2 marathon next Saturday morning in Red Wing but I'll wait to see how hot and humid it's going to be before I really say I'm going to do it.
That's cool - you'll have the option to do it if it is reasonable out. Fun!
