Very, very humid here and getting hot but I did a 3 mile run outside. Didn't leave the motel until 8:30. Mass of sweat when I came back. It had been raining during the night and again this morning so lots of humidity out there. Good run though.
I think it's standard Iowa weather in July. No hills where I ran yesterday but our motel is on the very edge of town. the town itself is really quite hilly but not out where we are.

Do you think that's standard for the area? Or are they just having a hot snap? Funny how we never say that. It's a cold snap and heat wave!
Did you find someplace pretty to run? And where there hills???
