Good Morning
A perfect, gorgeous morning here today. Just beautiful. I ran 2 miles north and back and had a pretty fair pace. Think tomorrow I will do a 2 mile speed run. Run as fast as I can for 2 miles or until I collapse and see how it goes. They recommend doing that once in a while and I've never done it. I need to be out of here early tomorrow so seems like a good time to try it. Won't have time for a longer run. Taking Car 54 to a body shop for some minor work on the interior.

That's a good idea. I'm really not great at this cross training (heck, training in general!), but I really want to get better at it. Anyway, speed work is a good idea!
You deserve this beautiful weather after your looooong winter! I'm glad you can get out and enjoy it!

Pretty soon you'll be able to simply outrun those pesky dogs without having to blow the horn at them!

Hey Bart! Yeah, it's sweet all right when it starts. I had a dickens of a time getting it started this morning. Taking it to a guy in Centuria one day next week who might be able to help with the starting issue. Otherwise, it's great! I'll email you a couple of pictures.
