Good Morning

I changed it up this morning and went for a 7 mile bike ride instead of running. Just felt like doing something different and it always amazes me that that's work, too! But some different leg and thigh muscles get used which is good and the whole point of cross training they say. So it was good. Then I did the push ups and sit ups when I got home. And then I got on the scale! Big mistake there. I did not make healthy food choices all weekend like you did! Now I'll pay for it.

I'm off today for my 4th since the holiday was on a Monday. Not much on my schedule though but will have to find something to do so I don't sit around and eat.

Why is the unhealthy food SO delicious! Well, I'm not going to say unhealthy. I'm going to say.....more calorie rich. Wow, I should work in marketing! Frustrating though. I'm frustrated every time I get on the scale right now, although I feel like I'm losing a bit. And I ate OK over the weekend.

Cross training is important I guess! I really do a bad job at it, to tell you the truth. I'm trying to do a better job, though.

What did you end up doing today?

Not much. Had a pretty quiet day. Paid bills, weeded some in the garden and the flower beds. Piddled around some with Car 54. Went to Luck to Van Meter Meats to buy some hamburger. Pretty exciting stuff.
