Well, I did about 5 miles today and I really had to force myself. I had a busy morning (as you know!) and I didn't get to run until about 2. And I just couldn't talk myself into going another step. It was also pretty darn hot out, so I just didn't push it.

Good morning. We have been staying here at the house the last two nights but will be in a motel tonight with G and P. Then we will head home tomorrow. Angie and family are going home today after the birthday party.
It's a beautiful morning here today! Cool (about 50) but sunny and not windy. So, even though it's Sunday, I went for a 30 minute walk outside. Foot is bothering me some but I'm just walking through it. Took Downhere with me this morning! Thanks!
I'm not wearing the orthotics today. Have worn them full time since Tuesday night but were really bothering me so by yesterday afternoon I took them out. Foot hurts with them and without them so what's a guy to do?

You know, I've been thinking. If the problem was those Nike shoes, you might not even need orthotics. You might just need to let your foot adjust to not wearing those shoes. Heck, what do I know!?!
