Late Night!

I'm just eating dinner and it is after 10! Busy night tonight!

For the first time in several nights, I really slept. Felt so good! So good, in fact, I didn't want to get up this morning. I snoozed until 5:15 but finally did get up. Coffee calls! I had a good run - a little over 5 miles.

No hills at lunch. Mostly because I'm a bit worn out!

After work I went to the North Park Farmer's Market. Dad, it has been sooo long since I've been to any Farmer's Market. I just have not been able to do it during the week due to school and the Sunday one in Hillcrest has turned into a madhouse! It is just so busy that it isn't fun anymore, if you know what I mean. The Adams Avenue Farmer's Market is supposed to finally start next Wednesday! That is really exciting!

Then Bart and I went to Costco. And I am taking an oral communication class right now and had a speech due tonight. Bart very kindly taped it and then we uploaded it to youtube and sent it to my teacher. This was just an introduction. My other speeches require an audience.

So, that was (or has been) my night.

Hope you are great!!

First of all, 150 miles? Whose kid are you? More power to you though!

I thought going to the FM was built into your DNA! Glad you were able to get to one. Glad to hear you had a good night's sleep, too. Makes all the difference in the world.

I wore the splint until 5:30 am last night and slept fine so it just takes some getting use to. Too soon to know if it's making a difference yet. Taking it with me to DePere and will continue to use it at night.

Walked on the TM again today. Cold and rainy here this morning. Wish I was outside but those days will come. Still haven't gotten my bike back either. Called Paul Wednesday night to tell him we'd be gone for the weekend and he hadn't done anything to it yet!!! Anyway, did the walking, the pushups and the situps. Took the Beach Boys with me this morning and we sang about California!

Hey, can I look up your speech on utube then?

Have a good day!

I just emailed you my speech. I had a couple of stumbles but, heck, even Obama isn't perfect!

I'm already done with 52 of my miles! 52.7 in fact. So I'm chipping away!

Even more built into my DNA is my disdain of crowds!! Fighting for parking, fighting for space at a stall....I just needed a break. And the Sunday market really became the only one I had time to attend and it also has become soooo amazingly crowded!

That adjustment time wasn't too bad then! That is great actually. I sure hope it help. I see those all over the tubes, so I hope it actually works.

Ah, Paul! Slacker! But sounds like a good walk this AM - even if it was indoors. You could think California thoughts at least.

My next speech is in front of the group and it has to be informative. I'm open to ideas!
