I actually ran for 15 minutes on the TM this morning and then walked for 15. Could feel a little strain down there in the right foot but not bad. Have it on ice now so we'll see what the day brings. Figured I have to start soon here if I have any hope at all of running that 5K on June 5th. Will let you know.

Here's the report: the foot has bothered me off and on all day. Have it on ice again now tonight. This is getting very, very old. And so am I.
Well, shoot. I bet it felt happy to run again but now this! Ice is good, I know. Do you ever ice it before you run? Have you ever had an Indian Shaman do a ceremony over it???? I mean, "modern" medicine isn't working!!!
