Or upside down! Or living in Opposite World! I ran in the evening today. Just too busy of a morning, starting with a 9 am garden meeting.
Here is what is cool - I saw the most amazing sunset when I was running. So usually I run to the beautiful sunrise. Tonight with the beautiful sunset. Usually it goes from dark to light. Tonight it was light-ish to dark!
Good run - 29:34. But I don't like running after I eat - even if it was hours earlier. I guess I'll always be a consistent AM runner and an occasional PM runner!

I don't like doing it after I eat either. And since I've almost always eaten by sunset (LOL) I doubt I will ever become an evening runner.
I missed it today though and will miss it again tomorrow. Hope I can still do it on Wednesday morning!
I always have hope that I'll have eaten by then....and usually that faith is rewarded!
