I'm funny! And I weigh too much! Got on the scale today....maybe those rain days WERE trouble!
I had a great run today, though. Not so much time wise, that was average. Rather, it just felt good. I was glad to be out there.
That's about all I've got. Back from a hard night of school - we had a test and it was substantially more difficult then I anticipated. SIGH.

Good morning. Did the run at 5.5 again today and went well. Took Los Lobos with me and they're not my favorite either! These are Mom's CD's (Fogerty and Los Lobos) so I decided to try them out. Did the exercises, too.
Cold here this morning. +5 only and not going to warm up much from that. Big sweater day for sure.

I hope you stayed all bundled up today - brrr! No outside running there. Good think you are training for some sun! I was thinking of you as I ran this morning. It was just so beautiful. I'm excited for you to come!
Los Lobos is OK - I'd rather hear their one or two songs I know and let that be the end of it! I listened to Downhere again today. I should get more of their music, I really like them.
Rain was brutal! For the streets and my pants! It sprinkled tonight but it won't tomorrow. Right? RIGHT???
