Well, I'm posting late but I ran early! I did have a super busy day today and I just got home. I'm tired!
It was so fun to run outside today. It actually felt shorter then usual! I imagine it just seemed new again. But it was a beautiful morning and I enjoyed every moment of it. I set my Nike+ to a 30 minute workout so I could get my 3 miles done in that time. And I actually finished at 29:15! So I was really happy with my time.
I did not have time to do anything else before I had to get on with the business of the day. Tomorrow the bands will come out though!
