Good Morning

Another day. -10 this morning and wind chills at -20. Way too cold! Why do we stay in this country? I have no answer. Did the run on the treadmill. I can sure feel the difference in my legs at 5.5 mph. You wouldn't think it would be that much of a difference. How do those marathon runners do it? 12-13 miles an hour for 2 hours? Unbelievable to me. They must get a ride somewhere in the middle like those guys in China! Took the cast of Mamma Mia with me today. Have a good one.
