Good Morning

Finally getting around to posting here. We slept in and then fixed bacon and eggs for us all for breakfast!

But I did my run and jacked it up to 5.5 mph this morning. Dropped the incline back to zero but want to improve my speed before I come and see you! It went ok but I could feel the difference almost right away. Also did my 30 sit ups and 45 push ups. They are still work so not increasing either of those numbers yet. Listened to John Fogerty this morning but he's not my favorite I've decided.

Interesting, isn't that. I would have thought the extra speed would be a piece of cake without the incline! Guess this is why they say we should cross train!

Not my fav either. I need something with a lot more pep for running times!
