Oh yeah! A good one! My time makes me happy.
I took a risk - and a ziplock baggie! - and ran this morning! I think this storm has almost moved out but we sure are getting wet. It has been really fun.

Excellent time! Wow! Why did you take a ziplock baggie? I don't get it.
My weight is down another .8 today. could be related to salt but these seem like big jumps up and down in 24 hours.
My run went well this morning. Ipod stopped again. No responses to my posting on that forum as of last night. As long as it keeps working I can live with it.
Our news here says you are expecting 1-2 inches of rain again today! Hope you don't melt!
Thanks! This made my day! And I took the baggie just in case I got rained on. I wanted somewhere to put my iPod if needed.
Sad to say I didn't run again today. Hopefully I can get out there tomorrow. It was INSANE today. And, when I say insane, I mean totally amazing!
Glad you had a good run - and a good weigh in. Weight makes me nuts! But gotta do it! It is a good guideline.
