Dang! I had wings on my feet this morning! I had one of those mornings where I felt just fine and I knew I could run....but I was running late, and busy, and blah, blah, blah! Lot's of excuses but I wanted to run, so I did. I didn't leave here until 6:45! Might have been later even.
Beautiful morning again. I'm excited for you to come. You need some blue sky! It was a busy morning out there too. Lots of walkers and runners. Fun.
That's it. I did solid healthy eating today too. Getting that back together again.

Good morning. Fantastic time! Wow! We have blue sky today. But it came with a temp of -16! And I got carried away in the music this morning and ran for 32.53 and did a full 3 miles! Had no intention of doing that but it happened. So, I'm dressing warm and heading to work. Mom is working today, too. Have a good day.
