At 2 AM, while I was doing my standard No Sleeping, I realized I forgot to post! I decided to wait, though!
I went for a good lunch walk yesterday - three miles. I did not jog last night as I had things after work and then I had to make muffins for the muffin off at work. I did not include chocolate chips in my muffins! Citrus Poppyseed. Good enough to finally win me a zombie t-shirt? I don't know. But they are good!

Have you tried Melatonin? Mom swears by it. I've been taking one now lately, too, but can't tell if it's helping me sleep or not. I am sleeping ok but wake up too early!
Well, I have used it before. And I do think it works. The other thing I really think is great is valerian root. I have just been trying so hard not to spend a dime if it is unnecessary, so I've not restocked on those.
I do have some pills (I think I told you about them) from the doctor. And they work. But I am a worthless zombie the entire next day! I just don't think it is worth it for a night of drug induced "sleep"!
