Good Morning

Here I am again. Another very cool morning. About 44 when I left the house today. Why do I keep doing this? I'm beginning to wonder! Thinking about taking tomorrow off as my Labor Day and, if I do, I won't be out so early. Gotta run.

Sound like maybe you do need a day off. Exercise is no fun when it becomes a job....just another duty to be completed.
