Whew! I did all kinds of exercising today. And all kinds of healthy eating.
My lunch walking partner is in Vegas this week, so I'll be solo during my day outings. Anyway, I did the little hill route I do at lunch. Did the hills twice. It was a really good workout! Then I went for a jog after work (sans iPod......may it rest in peace!). Three miles. I did not bring a time piece, so I am not sure about my pace - but I know it was good!
I ate well today, nuts, fruit, ww bread, hummus, and a bunch of veggies. Sweet red pepper, carrots, radish, and cucumber. I'll admit, I'm hungry for dinner!
By the way, I did jog on Saturday and then I took Sunday off.
