I walked quickly, then ran, then walked, then ran, etc. It was a great change. I've been walking outside with the boys a lot and using the tredmill not as often. I miss it! It is a lot easier to just walk or run than walk while pushing 50 pounds! I am being fairly consistant which pleases me.

Good for you! I have a love/hate relationship the the treadmill, myself. Love: consistent speed, known distance, incline, much much easier on the knees!! Oh, no pitbulls...
Hate: Boring! Easy to quit - when you are four miles away from home there is only one way to get back. On a treadmill, well, that is not an issue.
