On the TM

I decided over the weekend to get back in gear on the TM.  I seem to do better and can run farther than I can and do outside.  So yesterday and today I ran a full mile and upped my push ups and sit ups to 35 each.  Goal before leaving for the Hawaii trip on 9/23 is to get to 2 miles on the TM and 50 reps each for the exercises.
