I have been keeping up with my couch to 5K efforts even though the app I was using broke on me! I did get a refund. One day I was out doing the program and I thought, "This is a really long minute!" And then I realized: the length of a minute didn't change, the app quit working! So I have made my own interval workout and am using that. I miss my coach, Erin, though!
The interval I'm doing now is 2 min walk / 2 min run.
The other day I was out really early (maybe 5:30) and the snow on the mountains was pink from the sunrise. It was beautiful.
