Couch to 5K

Thanks for posting, you motivated me!

I started over on the couch to 5k program.  I'm doing a bunch of diet modifications to try and beat this LPR.  I really hoped that getting off those meds would resolve it, but I need to do more. It's better but not gone. Which I guess does make sense.  I haven't had coffee of bubbly water for 3 or 4 weeks and, yes, I'm bitter about it!

Today was day 4 of that program.  8 intervals.  2 minutes walking, 1 minute running.  And I suppose we keep that up till it's all running.  I'm glad I'm doing it

You? No coffee for 4 weeks???? Yikes!

Just kidding but sure wish you could get this resolved.

I KNOW!! It's shocking, isn't it!? At first I was very very cranky about it, mostly from the habit perspective. Kind of better now, though, since it is hot. A warm beverage is not as compelling!
