Today was day 5 of my training program and it was the same as the last. So I bet day 6 will either have a longer run or a shorter walk. It's a really good program and the coach makes me smile. So it's good. I went out around 6:30 am so I could beat the heat. Got up to maybe 90 today. Didn't want to practice running out in that heat!
Today I really tried to breath in through my nose, not my mouth. I think that will help me not gulp air.

I see you've been having hot weather! Good to get out early on those days for sure.
I have been sticking to my 3 days run, 1 day walk program and it's going well. Up to 1 mile running now and hope to keep it up as we start traveling tomorrow. Also back to push ups and sit ups (35 each now) so want to keep that going, too. All of our hotels for the next few days have fitness centers and I hope to use them!
Nice job on building up your distance! Feels good, doesn't it? I bet you will keep it up on the road! To the best of your ability.
I did another training session again this morning before work. Hope to get out there again tomorrow morning, too.
