That's the pattern I'm getting back into here. 3 days with some running and then the 4th day just walking. Hoping not to wear myself out as I get back into gear with this. So, today was a walking day. Gorgeous morning out there and perfect for it!
On day 2 of my plan today and went well. Have to up the mileage now and soon. Next set I think. but then next Wednesday we leave for the farm and will be hard to do while traveling. but I will try.

Did my second set of 3 and 1 and will start the 3rd set tomorrow. Notice that it's getting better and easier so just have to keep at it.
That's great! And I know it does get easier. I'm glad you posted because I've been meaning to and now you've inspired me!
And I really like your plan. I usually break myself, so I can sure relate.

Being on the road is tough, for sure. It will be nice that you're on the farm long enough to get into a routine.
